Our story
Meet the orchard guardians. Richard and his wife Bryannie.
Everything you see around site has been built by hand by them, usually With as much recycling and up cycling as possible. They use what the orchard provides to build unique and impressive structures. Richards passion is permaculture and Bryannie’s is growing food and being in nature together they continue to transform the orchard into
a food forest to be shared with future generations. The site now has a large soft fruit garden. A vegetable patch and cut flowers in the old poly tunnel. they have planted hundreds of trees shrubs and plants . Started a wild flower meadow. Our orchard has a large variety of apples, plums, and pears, all of which are hand-picked and carefully packed for you to enjoy. It is pollinated by our own honey bees. We grow everything as nature intended. our orchard has be unsprayed for ten years. We’re organic but it’s too expensive for us to afford the certificate.

Our team have become experts from their experience on the land growing and maintaining apple and pear trees for the past 8 years. We use traditional methods to ensure the highest quality produce.

We Never use any kind of fertilizers or pest control. We don’t believe nature can be a pest in its own habitat. Here we let the grass grow and the butterflies Fly free. Because we believe in protecting the environment and preserving it for future generations. our orchard has been free from any pesticides and chemicals for ten years, and we plan on keeping it that way!
